Roosevelt Hall was the central hub of University Homes, the countries first federally funded, public housing project. 70 years ago, my Grandmother lived in University Homes with her family when she was in High school. After working with the developer on the project, she was able to put the down payment on a home for her family to live in. This project was completed for Atlanta Housing and University Choice Neighborhoods in June of 2023.
